Last Mile Volunteer
The last mile is the most costly expense for local food to make it to our tables, costing on average $10.10 per food box delivered. To help reduce cost, we use a grass-roots community based model of volunteer drivers to help cover these costs. Last mile volunteers dedicate a few hours on Saturday mornings to assist with deliveries.
